2. Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy (Netherlands)

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a 70% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date are not eligible for a refund.

  • If a participant fails to attend the workshop without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

  • Participants may reschedule their workshop date and time if requested via email at travellingoods@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop.

3. Custom Orders Refund Policy

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, refunds or exchanges are not available once the order has been placed and production has begun.

  • If an error occurs on our part (e.g., incorrect customization), please contact us at travellingoods@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to discuss a resolution.

  • If a client is unsatisfied with the final product, we will review individual cases to explore possible solutions, but refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Information
